  • Quotations are subject to the scope of work specified.

  • Additional work or materials not included in the original quotation may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, existing electrical installation, access requirements, and any known electrical issues.

Where existing wiring, equipment, infrastructure, or installations are found to be unsafe, damaged, defective, or non-compliant, additional work may be recommended before the requested work can safely proceed.

4. Electrical Safety

  • Products will be supplied according to the agreed specifications and availability.

  • Product availability may change without prior notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due according to the agreed payment terms.

  • Additional work or materials may be invoiced separately.

  • Bright Line Solutions reserves the right to suspend work where agreed payments are overdue.

  • Customers may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with the recovery of overdue amounts, where legally permitted.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Where materials have already been purchased, specially ordered, or work has already commenced, cancellation charges or other reasonable costs may apply.

Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated to the customer.
